In the Vune app, the preferred support route is Profile > Help & support. In-app tickets include useful app context and make it easier for Vune to follow up.

Creators

Use support for login help, email verification, TikTok verification, offers, applications, campaign workspace issues, attachments, deadline requests, final links, and payment status questions.

Artists and teams

Email Vune with the artist name, campaign goal, release timing, creator style, and any deadlines that matter.

Common questions

I cannot access my account

Use the same email you used during signup. If you still cannot get in, contact support with your profile email and TikTok username.

My campaign is under review

Applications and submissions are reviewed by Vune/admin. If a campaign needs more information, the update will appear in the app.

When will I get paid?

Payments depend on campaign approval, verified completion, correct payment details, and the manual payout workflow shown in your app.

Can I change my TikTok or PayPal?

PayPal can be updated from your profile. TikTok changes may need verification so Vune can protect campaign matching and payouts.
