Privacy Policy
Vune is a creator campaign app. This policy explains what information Vune collects, why it is used, and how creators can contact us about privacy or deletion requests.
Information we collect
- Email address and verification status.
- TikTok username, Instagram username, YouTube channel link, and profile URL when supplied.
- Creator profile details such as creator type, audience size, niche, location, campaign interests, goals, and profile answers.
- Campaign interest, applications, campaign messages, submission links, deadline requests, and application status.
- Payment contact details when needed for selected campaign workflows.
- Support tickets, support replies, and the information you include in support requests.
- Notification preferences, in-app notifications, push permission status, and device push tokens.
- Basic analytics, error logs, debug logs, app version, platform, device context, and reliability events.
App privacy and data safety details
Most information Vune collects is linked to your creator profile so Vune can restore access, verify account ownership, support campaigns, and answer support requests. Vune may also collect app diagnostics and usage events to keep the app reliable, understand launch readiness, and investigate bugs or abuse. Vune does not use your data to track you across other companies' apps or websites.
How we use information
- To create and restore creator access.
- To verify email and TikTok ownership before campaign applications.
- To show relevant campaign opportunities and manage campaign applications.
- To support campaign review, creator selection, messaging, submissions, deadline requests, and payment workflow status.
- To send in-app notifications and optional push notifications about campaign and support activity.
- To provide support, prevent abuse, secure the app, and diagnose reliability issues.
- To improve Vune's creator and admin workflows.
Sharing
Vune does not sell creator personal information. Campaign partners may receive creator profile, application, submission, campaign status, and payment status information when needed to review applications, select creators, run a campaign, or complete campaign delivery. Private payment contact details are used only for Vune/admin payment workflows unless they are required to complete payment. Service providers such as Supabase, Firebase, Resend, Netlify, and store/platform providers may process information for hosting, authentication, notifications, email delivery, analytics, and app operations.
International processing
Vune may process and store information using service providers in countries outside your own. When Vune works with service providers, they are expected to process information only for Vune's app, support, security, email, hosting, notification, analytics, and campaign operation purposes.
Retention
Vune keeps information for as long as needed to provide the app, operate campaigns, handle support, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, and preserve necessary records. Some campaign, payment, safety, or support records may need to be retained even after an account deletion request.
Your choices
You can request help, correction, export, or deletion of your data from More > Legal & privacy > Delete account & data in the app or by visiting Delete account and data requests. You can also email contact@vune.app. You can manage app notifications through your device settings.
Age
Vune is intended for creators who are old enough to enter creator campaign and payment arrangements in their location. Vune is not intended for children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to Vune, contact contact@vune.app.
