Terms
Terms of Use
These Terms govern access to Vune, including the creator mobile app, admin workflows, campaign applications, support, and public pages.
Using Vune
- You must provide accurate profile, contact, and social account information.
- You are responsible for keeping your email, device, and account access secure.
- You may not abuse, scrape, disrupt, reverse engineer, or misuse Vune.
- You may not submit false campaign information, impersonate another creator, or submit content that you do not control.
- You may not buy fake views, likes, comments, shares, followers, or other artificial engagement for a Vune campaign.
Eligibility
Vune is intended for creators who can lawfully join creator campaigns and receive campaign payments in their location. If you are under the age required to enter these arrangements, you may not use Vune for campaign work or payouts.
Campaigns
- Campaign availability is not guaranteed.
- Applying to a campaign does not guarantee selection.
- Selected creators may receive separate instructions, requirements, deadlines, review steps, and payment workflow details.
- Creators must follow campaign requirements, platform rules, and applicable advertising disclosure laws for sponsored or paid content, including required labels, hashtags, or platform paid partnership tools.
- Payout amounts, payment timing, and eligibility depend on the final campaign terms and completion of required steps.
Content and submissions
You are responsible for the accuracy and rights to the content, links, files, and messages you submit to Vune. Public social posts remain subject to the rules of the platform where they are posted.
You keep ownership of the videos, links, files, captions, and other content you create. When you submit or link campaign content in Vune, you give Vune and the relevant campaign partner permission to review it, store it for campaign records, share it with campaign stakeholders, measure performance, and use your public post, creator handle, thumbnail, screenshots, and public performance metrics for campaign reporting, Vune case studies, and Vune or campaign partner marketing.
If a campaign may use creator videos as paid ads, Vune will tell you in the campaign brief or ask for separate approval. This may include paid boosting, whitelisting, Spark Ads or similar platform permissions, reposting, or using the content in artist or brand social ads. The campaign brief or later written approval should explain who may run the ad, where it may run, how long it may run, and whether the ad usage is included in the campaign payment or handled separately.
You should only submit content you control and should not include third-party music, clips, logos, people, or private information unless you have the rights or permission needed. Campaign partners are responsible for having the rights to the music, audio, creative assets, and campaign materials they ask creators to use.
Artist and campaign partner responsibilities
Artists, labels, managers, brands, or other campaign partners must have the rights and permissions needed for the music, audio, assets, names, trademarks, brief materials, claims, and paid-ad use they ask creators to include. Campaign partners are responsible for giving accurate campaign instructions and for avoiding misleading, unsafe, infringing, or unlawful campaign requirements.
Sponsored content disclosures
Creators and campaign partners are responsible for following platform rules and applicable advertising disclosure rules. If a post is paid, gifted, incentivized, sponsored, or otherwise requires disclosure, the creator must use clear disclosure language, required hashtags, paid partnership tools, or other labels required by the platform or law.
Copyright and takedowns
If you believe content connected to Vune infringes your rights, email contact@vune.app with the subject line Rights report. Include the content, the rights you own or represent, your contact details, and enough information for Vune to review the issue. Vune may remove, restrict, or preserve records related to disputed campaign content while reviewing a rights report.
Payments
Vune may request payment contact information only when needed for campaign workflows. Payment status in the app is operational information and may depend on campaign review, partner approval, payment provider timing, and completion of required campaign steps.
Creators are independent contractors and are responsible for their own taxes, payment account details, and any platform or payment provider fees unless a campaign states otherwise.
Payment disputes, failed transfers, incorrect payment details, chargebacks, reversals, suspected fraud, or incomplete campaign requirements may delay or prevent payment. Vune may ask for extra information before resolving payment issues.
Suspension and removal
Vune may restrict, suspend, or remove access for abuse, fake applications, unsafe behavior, platform misuse, security risk, or violation of these Terms.
Account deletion
You can request deletion of your account and associated account data from inside the app or at Delete account and data requests. Some records may be retained when needed for campaign operations, payment records, fraud prevention, security, dispute handling, legal obligations, or backup integrity.
Creator guidelines
Campaign participation is also subject to the Creator Guidelines, which explain creator-friendly rules for public posts, disclosures, fake engagement, submissions, payment details, and paid-ad usage.
Changes
Vune may update the app, campaign workflows, policies, and these Terms as the product develops. The latest version will be posted on this page.
